A 6-month spiritual, somatic healing container for women and men preparing for the death of a loved one and moving forward without them. Whether you are in the before phase, or the after phase, you are welcome here.  

Losing a loved one to death is a fork in the road.

You carry grief with you either way, but each road leads to dramatically different places. One path leads you down a very dark, agonizing road where hope, faith, and empowerment don’t exist. The other path is a full-on spiritual experience where you allow your grief to change you into the person you want to be. Grief has the accelerating power to springboard you into waking up to meaning, interconnectedness, and wisdom that no amount of books or teachers could possibly give to you. IF YOU LET IT.

Enroll in your 6-month journey at any time and be warmly welcomed into a community where you can learn, practice, and be held with others who get it. This is everything I wish I had when I was preparing for my father's death and navigating the fog after he was gone. An hour-long grief counselor once a week wasn't enough. I craved comforting, professional support in between counseling sessions during the overwhelming moments of grief. And I longed for a community where we could be in spiritual practice and conversations together...

90-minute group Zoom gatherings every Thursday at 5 pm PST.

Group + Private Voxer support.

Access to my monthly drop-in movement sessions: Moving Grief and New Moon Rebirth Ritual.

Priority for in-person retreats on O'ahu.

Pay in full $3,333 for all 6 months or be on a payment plan for $600/month.

What to Expect... 

 

 

 

Calm Heart provides you with the support you need to make it to the other side of grief.

You are no longer going through this alone and that makes all the difference. Others will be right along side you in this journey.

The support you receive is multi-layered. My graduate-level education in psychosomatic therapy and leadership studies will teach you life-changing techniques for nervous system regulation and emotional processing.

My eleven years of Buddhist study offers you unique practices that have been used for thousands of years to understand what happens after death and how to shift the way we relate to it so we can enjoy our lives to the fullest.

Each week I resource you with guided visualization practices and gentle somatic movement that will lower your stress and help you to process through this transitional time.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition to being guided through spiritual, somatic practices, you will create rituals that prepare you for the inevitable moment of your loved one taking their last breath. This is the essence of learning how to cultivate a “calm heart,” not just for yourself but for everyone around you as well as your transitioning loved one.

Yes, there are deeply spiritual and practical ways to prepare, and I'd love to show you how.

And whether you will be joining Calm Heart before or after their transition, you will be held in nourishing love and tenderness by all of us. I will help you find the balance between the spirit world and this world as you slowly release your loved one and transform your grief into meaning, purpose, and art beyond anything you can comprehend right now.

Through this tremendously difficult circumstance, you will connect to the meaning of life.

Weekly sessions consist of sharing our hearts, guided visualization and somatic practice, spiritual discussions, journaling, rituals, art, books, poetry, and whatever else the space calls for.

Grieving is a creative process, and we explore the depths of that together so you can learn how to channel and repurpose your grief and love.
